What do you mean by “non-
exclusive” logo template?
Non-exclusive logo designs are those that are
available for sale more than once. In other words, we don’t remove the
logo template from our catalog after you’ve made your purchase.
Another person or company may use and modify the template for their
purposes as well.

Can I buy one of your logos exclusively?
Yes! If the logo in question is listed as
“EXCLUSIVE Vector Logo,” you have the option to buy it
outright. The exclusive price is always $349.95 USD. That price includes the
original Illustrator file as well as a letter of exclusive ownership from
Logofly.net. As soon as your purchase has been verified, we will remove the
logo from the site. The logo will be available for immediate download. For an
additional $19.95 USD our design staff can customize the logo with your
company name, tag line and colors, as well as convert the logo into several
file formats for ease of use (see customization page). Your new logo will be
e-mailed directly to you along with the certificate of ownership within 24
hours.

Can I copyright a non-exclusive logo
template?
No. We own the copyright to all of our non-
exclusive logos. You are free to use the logo template in any way you like but
we own the copyright. However, there are no limitations on how you use the
logo.

Can I buy a non-exclusive logo template
and resell it exclusively?
Absolutely Not. It’s called copyright
infringement and is punishable by a mean lawyer and a huge fine.

Can I
modify the logo template myself?
Of course! As long as you have Adobe Illustrator
CS2 and have a basic knowledge of how to use it, you can modify it any way
that you like.

Can your
art department modify the logo for me?
Yes! For just $19.95 USD, our designers can
modify the colors, add your company’s name and tag line and colors,
as well as save it in several additional file formats. We will then e-mail the
revised logo directly to you. Go to our customization page for all of the
options and details.

Can I
use the name on the logo template as my
company name?
The names used on the logo templates are used
primarily to indicate a possible use or industry connection for the symbol.
We have not researched the names in any way. If you would like to use the
name associated with the logo, please do so at your own discretion, and
risk.

Are the fonts included with the logo templates?
Most of the fonts used in the creation of our
logo templates are standard system fonts found on both Mac and PCs.
Depending on the operating system that you’re using, you may have
to use a slight variation of the font specified. For instance, Times may have to
be substituted for Times New Roman. In the cases where a non-system font
is used, we will provide the font for Mac and PC. In cases where a non-
system font is included, you have the right to use the font with this logo
project only. We suggest that if you would like to own the font for use on
other projects, you purchase it from one of the many font vendors such as fonts.com, Myfonts.com or Linotype.com.

How do I install
fonts on a Mac?
Using OSX, simply go to the USERS folder on your hard drive and click
on your home folder (the one with a house icon). Inside that folder you will
double click on the LIBRARY folder and finally the fonts folder. Drag the font
file into that folder. The font will be available immediately.

How do I install
fonts on a PC?
• From the “Start” menu select 'Control Panel' and
then select “Fonts”
• In the “Fonts” window, click on
“File” from the menu bar and select “Install New Font
”
• Locate the folder on your computer that contains the font you
would like to add
• Select the font and click “OK”
• You may need to restart the application for the font to
appear

What software
will I need to modify the logo template?
Adobe Illustrator CS2 or later. If you would like
us to save it in a different file format, simply purchase the customization
package and choose the format that suits your needs. We will then e-mail
you the logo in the requested file format(s).

In what file
formats are the logo templates available?
All of our files are created in Adobe Illustrator
CS2 but, we have the ability save them in just about any format to suit your
need. Simply go to the customization page on the site and select the file
options you would like. There is an additional charge of $19.95 for file
customization.

How
do I purchase a logo template?
Once you have found the perfect logo, simply
place it in your shopping cart and click on the “check out”
button. You will be prompted to fill out the required credit card information.
Click the “complete purchase” button and you're done. After
payment verification, you will be provided with a link to download the
logo.

We accept all major credit cards-Visa, Master
Card, Discover and American Express as well as PayPal.

Will my
personal and credit card information be secure?
Yes. All of your personal and credit card
information will be kept completely private and secure.Logofly.net is
committed to the protection of your personal information. We use a variety of
security procedures to ensure that your personal information is protected at
all times from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We do not store credit
card numbers and all transactions are encrypted with a 128 bit Secure Socket

How will the
files be delivered?
All logo files are downloadable as .zip files. If
you have any trouble you can always e-mail us with the order number and we
can e-mail the file directly to you. If you choose the customization option,
the new logo .zip file will be e-mailed directly to you with the necessary
modifications and file format options.

How long
does it take?
After the payment has been verified, a button
will be provided that will allow you to download the file immediately. If you
have purchased customization, our design staff will make the necessary
adjustments and e-mail the file directly to you.

What’s your refund & exchange policy?
If
you are not satisfied with the product for any reason we will refund your
money (minus credit card service fees). A refund request must be made
within 5 business days of the purchase. A refund cannot be given on any
customized logo product.
