IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please read carefully the following license agreement terms and conditions. Purchase or use of our products implies that the following terms and conditions have been read and accepted.
LICENSE
Logofly.net grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use the logo products sold on Logofly.net (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by Logofly.net.
Modifications
Clients are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products, after purchase, to fit their purposes.
Unauthorized Use
Clients may not place any Logofly.net products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.
Assignability
Clients may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Logofly.net.
Ownership
Clients may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of Logofly.net products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Logofly.net, unless the product is bought exclusively from Logofly.net as specified in this license agreement.
Refund And Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason we will refund your money (minus credit card service fees). A refund request must be made within 5 business days of the purchase. A refund cannot be given on any customized logo product.
LICENSE & TERMS OF USE
Limitations of Use
You may use any logo template purchased from the Logofly.net website for:
1. Personal use
2. Commercial use
You may modify, or have a third party perform the modifications of any logo template after purchase to meet your specific requirements.
You may use a purchased logo design without any restrictions as required for your commercial or personal use.
You may resell a purchased logo template as part of a finished design project. For all Non-Exclusive logo templates, the third party must be informed and accept that this is a Non-Exclusive logo template copyrighted and sold in accordance with the Terms of Use and License Agreement as stated herein. By purchasing and using the non-exclusive logo template, the purchaser agrees to inform any third party of and to secure consent regarding this Terms of Use and License Agreement. Failure to do so is not in any way the fault or responsibility of Logofly.net.
You may NOT resell a purchased logo template as a template or as part of an unfinished web template, or any other unfinished design product.
Copyrights & Trademarks
All of the Logofly.net templates are by default non-exclusive unless otherwise noted. Logofly.net owns the full copyrights for each logo or logo template, until and unless that template has been purchased under an Exclusive Ownership Agreement. (see below)
Non-Exclusive logo templates are sold more than once. All Non-Exclusive logo templates are under the copyright protection of Logofly.net. By purchasing a Non-Exclusive logo template, you accept that Logofly may sell the same Non-Exclusive logo template again to a different client. You accept and understand that Logofly.net has the full discretion to decide how many times a Non-Exclusive logo template is resold.
Exclusive Ownership
You may purchase one of our logos exclusively if and only if the logo has not been purchased previously. The cost is $399.95 USD. The logo will be available for immediate download as soon as your purchase has been verified. We will then remove the logo from our catalog and e-mail you the Certificate of Ownership (exclusive license).
Product Delivery
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Logofly.net be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
